Duties shall include:

• Assist with General Bookkeeping using QuickBooks Software, A/P & A/R.
• Compose professional correspondence to customers and vendors with WORD.
• Publish and maintain various reports.
• Answer the telephone promptly with excellent phone etiquette, and provide friendly, helpful service to customers.
• Maintain professional atmosphere of office.
• Set up, organize, maintain and update customer & vendor records/files.
• Work with others as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
• Possess self-direction to get the job done.
• Variety of administrative responsibilities.
• Assist with shipping using Fed-Ex & UPS.
• Assisting with general office duties and special projects as assigned.

Work Hours: Flexible part-time, 20 to 25 hours weekly
