1. Primary Responsibility:
• Assist to Chairman, General Director in managing all financial, accounting and planning activities in the company.

2. Key Accountabilities:
2.1 Accounting
• Supervise and control Chief Accountant’s accounting entry activities, adjust these accounting entries in accordance with Vietnamese Law and company’s financial regulation.
• Update information, advanced management experiences to apply to the accounting entry activities that reflect exactly manufacturing and trading activities result, promptly and advantageously accounting entry and business result reports.
2.2 Financial Management
• Build strategic, long and short-term financial plans in accordance with general development strategy of the company.
• Direct plan building activities including annual production and trading plans, medium and long-term plans.
• Build model of financial management system aiming to:
i. Reflect accurately the substance of enterprise finance and provide standards for evaluating enterprise finance situation.
ii. Recommend suitable solutions for effective use of capital source, define reasonable capital structure.
iii. Consult to General Director to establish capital source for manufacturing and trading activities conforming to long-term and short-term plans or investment in extraordinary projects.
iv. Follow up and monitor listed and transaction activities of the company on Stock Exchange.
v. Direct activities in debt collection and debt settlement and others related to debt.
vi. Manage Company’s capital source and assets in any forms.
2.3 Organizing Finance – Accounting network
• Establish a scientific model of financial and accounting management in conformity with the manufacturing and trading organization structure scale of the company.
2.4 Leadership and Management
• To plan for recruitment, training and coordination of accounting, financial and planning staff in subsidiaries.
• Follow up and perform job appraisals of Finance and Accounting staff base on Job description.
• Prevent and solve all matters related to fraud within the Accounting Department. It is expected and required that any such cases are reported immediately and that the necessary actions are taken so as to avoid similar situations form occurring again.
2.5 Report and Monitor
• Provide timely budget report, consolidated financial reports and management reports as required by Chairman, General Director and Vietnamese Law (Financial Statements, VAT, Tax Reports, etc…)

Requirement:
+ Graduated from a regular university in Finance – Accounting.
+ 5 years of experience in senior-lever finance or accounting position.
+ Deep knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles.
+ Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, Statements and projections.
+ Good English skills (ability to attend overseas training courses without interpreter)
+ Well Organized, diligent, patient, responsible and cautious.
