Chef / Restaurant PartnerI have an existing resort and restaurant on Nha Trang and am looking for a chef partner. The chef should have experience of working in a European restaurant as the intended menu is international. The restaurant has around 50 covers and is set on the waters edge with dining on a deck on the sea, in a cafe set on the street or in a large upstairs lounge looking out to sea.

The chef will have complete control of the kitchen including the purchase of supplies. There is no salary but the chef will receive 50% of the profit. I expect the profit to increase with an international menu, expertly prepared.
